How this site earns, and what that money can't buy
Reel Parliament is funded by affiliate commission. Here is the arrangement in plain terms, including the parts that are less flattering.

What an affiliate link is
Some outbound links on this site — the buttons on our scorecards and the featured row of the comparison table — carry a tracking code that identifies Reel Parliament as the source of the visit. If you then open an account with that operator, they can attribute it to us and pay a commission.
Everything else stays the same. You pay nothing extra, the games cost what they cost, and your terms with the operator are identical to those of someone who typed the address in manually. The commission comes out of the operator's marketing budget, not your account.

What we're paid for, and what it doesn't touch
What triggers a payment
Typically a new account opened after a visit from here, either as a one-off fee or a share of the operator's revenue from that account. Rates differ between brands, and we don't pretend they don't.
What money cannot buy
A verdict word, a badge, a place on the shortlist, a line of copy, or the removal of a criticism. No operator sees a scorecard before publication, and none has approval over anything on this site.
How commercial links are marked
Every offer statement carries Ad · 18+ · T&Cs apply, and outbound commercial links are tagged for search engines as sponsored. Where we mention an offer, we describe its type rather than dressing it up.
When an operator complains
If a brand tells us something is factually wrong, we check it against the live site and correct it. If a brand simply dislikes a fair assessment, it stays. Losing a commercial relationship over an accurate sentence is a cost of doing this properly.
If you'd rather not use our links
Type the operator's address into your browser directly. You'll get the same site, the same terms and the same offers, and we'll earn nothing from your visit — which is a fair trade for a page you found useful. The comparison is written to be worth reading either way.
Why we publish the method as well as the verdicts
A comparison site funded this way has an obvious incentive problem, and saying "trust us" doesn't solve it. What helps is showing the work: the eight criteria, the definition of every verdict word, and a scorecard that tells you to check the licence register before signing up to the smallest operator on the list.
Read those and you can judge whether the conclusions follow from the evidence. That's a more useful arrangement than a promise about our motives. Questions about any of it go to the contact page, and the wider position on independence is set out in About.
